How much space do I need?
What happens if it rains? Is this weather permitting?
Yes, our golf simulators are weather permitting. Their operation is dependent on the weather conditions. In the event of rain or inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule your event at no additional cost. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities, and we strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience regardless of the weather. Our simulator is able to set up inside if the area is big enough. Please continue to read our FAQ for more information about the size!
How long can I rent it out?
The minimum rental time for our mobile golf simulator is 2 hours. The maximum rental time (if booked through this site) is 8 hours. If you would like to rent the simulator for a longer period of time, please submit the Contact Us form and our team will try to accommodate your request!
Why do you require a deposit?
When you reserve a time slot for a simulator, it removes that availability from other potential customers. The deposit ensures commitment from you as the customer to that event.
How much is the deposit to book a rental?
Deposits are 50% of the full rental price (i.e. before promotion amounts and discounts). The deposit amount is applied to the total rental cost.
If you will be receiving a military discount, mention it to our team during the event for the discount to be applied to the remaining balance.
What cities do you service?
As our company name states, we service the Triangle community and area. To name a few cities/towns: Raleigh, Durham, Wake Forest, Apex, Cary, Chapel Hill, Garner, Clayton, Rolesville, Youngsville and Fuquay-Varina.
Upon special requests, we may travel outside of the Triangle. To find out if we can be at your event, contact us.
What type of events can I have the mobile golf simulator at?
The mobile golf simulator is just that, mobile. It can be at any event as long as the space is available at the location. Some types of events are: birthday parties, weddings, retirement parties, graduations, banquets, corporate events, block parties, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, open houses, and public events.
Do you offer a military discount?
YES! We pride ourselves on supporting our veterans. We do require our customers to present an ID indicating that they are a veteran to verify on the day of the event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 7 business days of the event: You can use your credit towards a future event.
Cancellations between 7-14 days before the event: You will receive a 50% refund and a 50% credit towards a future event.
Cancellations 14+ days before the event: You will receive a 100% refund.
